Cogan - Lisvane - Rudry - Caerphilly - Black Cock - Cogan
Distance - 31 miles
Meet times - 9.45 at Cogan Station or 10.15 Pedal Power
Around 31 miles cycling out from Cogan up through Cardiff via Pedal Power and then over Lisvane and the lanes to Rudry. From there cycling down towards cycle route 4 and on to Caerphilly before heading up to the Black Cock Inn and back home.

Weekend adventure
Saturday 29th December
Bridgend - Blackmill - Tonyrefail - Pontyclun - St Fagans - Cogan
Distance - 31 miles
Meet time - 10.40 Bridgend Railway Station
This will start at Bridgend train station and then take the cycle track up towards Blackmill.
From there we will head over through the windmills towards Tonyrefail and then back to Cardiff via Pontyclun. There are several trains to get to Bridgend on time.

2013 - Lots to look forward too
With 2013 fast approaching I have been busy adding in some routes for the start of the new cycling season from April onwards. December 21st has passed so the dark nights are leaving us.
